Career Fair Information:

Registration for the 2019 Civil & Environmental Engineering Career Fair is full and is now closed! We are no longer taking any companies on the waitlist. The Networking Session is also full. If you have any questions or would like to be contacted for future networking events, please email Paige Hermanson at vp.cpsce@gmail.com.

Career Fair Tips:

  1. Research companies beforehand. Feel free to use this module.

  2. Prepare and practice your pitch!

  3. Get a resume ready! Here’s a few sample resumes and templates to help you get started! 1, 2, 3.

  4. Go to Career Services on campus for resume reviews and mock interviews.

  5. Take advantage of SCE’s Career Fair events such as Resume Reviews, Opt In Resume Book, and taking LinkedIn photos. (Check Kay Kibbe’s email!)

  6. Dress appropriately!

  7. Don’t forget to follow up and/or thank companies for interviews!
